Other comments: Fear Factor - Terrorians radiate an aura of fear that affects the minds of those that approach them. Anyone who comes within 10 meters of the Terrorian will be affected. Anyone lower level than the Terrorian must make a willpower check. If they fail, and the Terrorian is physically threatening, the person flees. If the Terrorian, say, just walks into a bar, those who fail the check will tend to drift toward the walls or leave the bar altogether. Those who succeed at the check, or those who are equal or higher level than the Terrorian suffer no ill effects, but still feel uncomfortable in the Terrorian's presence.
